Description Supply And Delivery Of Various Laboratory Supplies (epa) Ib No. 2025-goods-014-02-1120 1. The Ilocos Training And Regional Medical Center (itrmc), Through The 2025 National Expenditure Program Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eleven Million Eight Hundred Ninety-four Thousand Seven Hundred Sixteen Pesos (php11,894,716.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Laboratory Supplies (epa). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. This Procurement Shall Be Governed By The Guidelines On The Implementation Of Early Procurement Activities (epa) Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Irr Of Ra 9184. 2. The Itrmc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required For A Period Of Nine (9) Months, On The Scheduled Dates Stated In The Approved Purchase Order (po). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
