The Authority Is Seeking To Appoint A Lead Planning Consultant (lpc) To Lead, Project Manager, Guide, Provide Advice, And To Deliver The Local Planning Authority And Marine Management Organisation Consents For Cruise Hull Yorkshire. The Lpc Will Deliver The Required Studies, Including Planning And Environmental Reports. The Lpc Will Bring An In-house Or Procured Planning And Environmental Team Together To Deliver The Planning Application. The Nesy Contains Hull's Last Scotch Derrick Crane (sdc). This Tender Is For The Dismantling, Restoration And Reconstruction Of The Sdc In A Different Position On The Site. The Sdc Will Add To The Interpretation Of The Site And Will Help In Telling The Story Of The Nesy Site And Hull's Maritime History.
