Description The House Of Representatives (hrep), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 43,474,322.40 For The Supply, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Programming, Testing And Commissioning Of Electronics And Communications Equipment At The New Four-story Legislative Training Center And Speaker’s Cottage In Baguio City, Under Job Request No. 23-09-0139. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Hrep Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within Ninety (90) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Their Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders).
