Description Invitation To Bid Supply, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Various Air Conditioning Units For Pag-ibig Fund Branches And Offices 1. The Pag-ibig Fund Technical And Administrative Support For South Central And North Central And Eastern Visayas (tas-scncev), Through The Y2024 Corporate Operating Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Seven Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php6,759,500.00), Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Various Air Conditioning Units For Pag-ibig Fund Branches And Offices Per Project Id No. 24-10-239-tas. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pag-ibig Fund Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac)–scncev Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days As Specified In Section Vi. (schedule Of Requirements) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Period Of Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
