Nchwa Seeks To Expand And Improve Its Forecasting Through Literature Review And Outreach To Stakeholders, Updating The Assumptions And The Base Data For The Health Workforce Simulation Model (hwsm), Creating Alternative Scenarios To Reflect Differential Assumptions. Alternative Supply Scenarios Were Developed To Consider Possible Changes Of New Graduates And Retirement Patterns That Is Different To The Current Patterns.
