Community: Whitehorse Traditional Territory: kwanlin Dün First Nation And The Ta’an Kwäch’än Council The Government Of Yukon (yg) Seeks To Purchase Software Licenses And Professional Services For The Adobe Experience Manager (aem) Forms And Adobe Sign Software Products. The Government's Intention Is To Purchase Licenses For Cloud-hosted Aem Forms And Sign With Capacity Tiers Of 50,000 Aem Form Submissions Per Year Plus 4,000 Adobe Sign Signatures Per Year. Pricing For Additional Licensing Tiers, Should Capacity Needs Increase, Will Be Provided. It Is Anticipated That One Year Of Licenses Will Be Purchased, And A Multi-year Contract With Option Years May Be Offered. Implementation Will Be A Separate Contract And Will Include Deployment, Configuration, Customization, Integration, Training, And Co-development Of 3-5 Forms To Be Identified By The Government. Pricing For Optional Additional Professional Services Will Also Be Provided. This Rfp Is A Second Stage Procurement Following Request For Qualifications Rfq-2022-9-1940 And Rfq-2023-3-2423. Only Proponents That Have Pre-qualified Through Those Rfq Processes Or Any Subsequent Onboarding Process Released Under The Same Terms Can Submit A Proposal On This Rfp. Any Potential Proponent Who Is Not Pre-qualified At The Closing Time Of This Rfp, Will Not Be Considered For This Procurement.
