Franklin County Tender

Tenders are invited for Cooperative Home Repair Services Scope of Work: The Franklin County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of Franklin County Office on Aging, is seeking qualified Offerors/Proposers to provide Cooperative Home Repair Services. The awarded vendors will become the Qualified Bidders List. Approved service providers will be awarded a one-year contract under which they may be solicited to bid on service request(s) during the contracted period as described below. OBJECTIVE & BIDDING PROCEDURES To obtain qualified vendors to participate in bidding for Cooperative Services on an as needed basis. This is not a guarantee of service, but a qualification process to bid as needed on Cooperative Home Repair Services. Only vendors who are qualified by the County through the RFP process will be allowed to compete in the bidding of Cooperative Home Repair Services during the contract year. Franklin County will solicit bids in writing for each services request from vendors on the Qualified Bidders List. The lowest and best overall single bidder will be awarded the Home Repair Service on an as needed basis. The County reserves the right to select the lowest and best overall single bidder based upon factors including, but not limited to, quoted price, availability and response time.
