The Project Will Consist Of The Reconstruction Of The Catalina Headquarters Building And Site Design Based Upon Construction Documents Prepared And Dated 22 June 2020. The Building And Site Shall Be Constructed As Designed And Specified, According To All Applicable Law And Requirements.  The Catalina Headquarters Building Is A Two-story, 11,016 Sf Administrative Facility, Previously Housing The El Yunque National Forest Supervisors Office. The Facility Was Originally Built In 1981 And Expanded In 1996 To Current Square Footage.  In September 2017, Hurricanes Irma And Maria, Both Rated Most Extreme Storms By Saffir-simpson Hurricane Wind Scale, Impacted Puerto Rico And The Usvi. El Yunque National Forest Was Devastated By These Events Causing Severe Damage To Facilities, Roads, Centenary Trees Uprooted, And Loss Of Power And Water. The Damage Was Significant Throughout The Forest, And It Is Believed That Recovery Will Last Years. The Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Tools, Transportation, Supervision, Facilities, And Supplies. The North American Industry Classification System (naics) Code Associated With This Requirement Is: 236220 Commercial And Institutional Building Construction.  The Magnitude Of This Solicitation Is Between $4 Million And $10 Million.  All Vendors Must Be Registered In Sam.gov To Be Considered For Award.
