Re-roof Rapid River Office With Certainteed Landmark Shingle (color: Heather Blend) includes The Removal And Replacement Of The Existing Roof Coverings At The Rapid River Districtoffice Including Roof Shingles, Underlayment, Drip Edge, And Three (3) Vent Pipe Boots. Thecontractor Shall Provide Ice & Water Shield In The Valleys And Two Rows At The Roof Eves,synthetic Underlayment On The Rest Of The Roof, New Shingle Vent At The Ridges, New Metal Dripedge At Eves, New Vent Pipe Boot Flashing, And New Certainteed Landmark Shingles (heatherblend Color). The Existing Roof Step Flashings Will Be Reused And Not Replaced. The Contractorshall Include All Dump Fees For Disposal Of All Debris. The Contractor Shall Provide Allsupervision, Labor, Equipment, Materials, And Miscellaneous Materials And Supplies (staples, Nails,roof Cement, Starter Shingles, Cap Shingles, Etc.) For A Complete Weather Tight Project.
