The Food And Drug Administration (fda), Through The Fda-special Account In The General Fund (sagf) Aggregate In The Amount Ten Million Four Hundred Fifty-seven Thousand Seven Hundred Five Pesos And Sixty-three Centavos Only (php10,457,705.63) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Security Services For The Food And Drug Administration (fda) – Central Office, Alabang, Muntinlupa City (including Fda Warehouse And Csl-ssdl Located At Doh- Fabella Hospital) For A Period Of One (1) Year. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening 2. The Food And Drug Administration Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By To Be Not More Than Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
