Purpose:  Federal Prison Industries (fpi / Unicor) is Seeking Sources Who Can Deliver fuzzy whole Cottonseed To The Dairy Farm Operation Located In El Reno, Ok.  Seed Specifications Are As Follows:  Foreign Substances Shall Not Exceed 2 Percent.  Moisture Shall Not Exceed 13 Percent.  Free Fatty Acids In The Oil Shall Not Exceed 3 Percent.  Crude Protein And Crude Fat (dry Matter Basis) Will Be At Least 34 Percent When The Separate Totals For Each Are Combined.  Aflatoxin Levels To Be Less Than <20ppb.   disclaimer:  Sources Sought Only this Notice is Issued Solely For Information And Planning Purposes - It Does Not Constitute A Request For Quote (rfq) Or A Promise To Issue An Rfq in The Future.
