Bid/quotation Submission Maybe Typewritten And Must Be Placed In A Sealed Envelope Supply And Delivery Of Desktop Computers And Laptop Computers For Emb Xii With Rfq No. 2024-05-0031. The Emb Xii Is Implementing A Sealed Envelope Procedure Of Bid/proposal/quotation Submission. Sealed Bids Must Be Forwarded To Our Records Management Section For Recording Purposes And Compliance To Emb Memorandum Dated January 12, 2018. Late Bids Shall Be Automatically Disqualified. 7. Bids/quotations Shall Be Valid For Sixty (60) Calendar Days From The Deadline Of Submission Of Bids. 8. The Delivery Period Shall Be Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of The Purchase Order (po) And/or Job Order (jo). The Supplier Must Inform The Purchaser At Least Three (3) Days Before The Date Of Delivery. The Delivery Will Be Made Only During Working Days And Hours. 9. The Applicable Rate For Late Deliveries Is One Tenth (1/10) Of One (1) Percent Of The Cost Of The Unperformed Portion Of The Contract For Every Day Of Delay. The Maximum Deduction Shall Be Ten Percent (10%) Of The Amount Of Contract. Once The Cumulative Amount Of Liquidated Damages Reaches Ten Percent (10%) Of The Contract Amount, The Purchaser Shall Rescind The Contract Without Prejudice To Other Courses Of Action And Remedies Open To It. 11.
