Description Invitation To Bid For Early Procurement Of Pick-up And Passenger Van Motor Vehicles 1. The Environmental Management Bureau Of The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources- Region Vii, Banilad, Mandaue City, Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) Of 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand (php 8,500,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Environmental Management Bureau Of The Department Of Environment And Natural Resources- Region Vii And The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 60 Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
