The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing certain similar works within the last 07 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the tenderer must have completed: - Three similar works for each component, each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component, - Two similar works for each component, each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component, - One similar work for each component, each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component. Additionally, for subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, except for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, where no previous work experience is required.
