The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Successfully completed similar works, with the following requirements: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. - Two similar works, costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. 2. At least one completed work of similar nature, costing not less than 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, should have been executed with a Central/ State Government Organization/ Central Autonomous Body/ Central/ State Public Sector undertaking. 3. Experience in processing Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) through Windrow composting & RDF method in consecutive two years of operation during the preceding ten financial years prior to the due date of bid submission. 4. Minimum 5 years of work experience in Solid Waste Management, with specific marks allocated for different amounts of Legacy Waste processed: - Processed from 15150 MT to 20200 MT of Legacy Waste: 10 Marks - Processed more than 20201 MT to 30298 MT of Legacy Waste: 15 Marks - Processed more than 30299 MT of Legacy Waste: 20 Marks 5. Experience in sale/dispose of by-products (RDF or Compost) generated from Municipal Solid Waste processing projects in the last 07 financial years: - Average of minimum 1515 MT to 2020 MT in last 07 years: 10 marks - Average of minimum 2021 MT to 3029 MT in last 07 years: 15 marks - Average of minimum 3029 tons in last 07 years: 20 marks 6. Number of established bioremediation Facilities (any technology) as sole entity or as a lead partner (>50% share in JV/Consortium) with any of the Government / Local bodies / (i.e., Municipal Corporation / Local Bodies) or PSU’s: - Minimum 2-3: 5 marks - 4 and above: 10 marks The percentages mentioned for similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 60% of the estimated cost of work put to bid. The amounts mentioned for Legacy Waste processed are 15150 MT, 20200 MT, 20201 MT, 30298 MT, and 30299 MT. The amounts mentioned for by-products sold or disposed of are 1515 MT, 2020 MT, 2021 MT, and 3029 MT.
