Off-site Support Will Be Available On Non-holiday Wekdays Between 8:00 Am And 5:00 Pm Eastern Time. schedule On-site Technician Visits As Necessary To Perform Annual Preventive Maintenance, Including Routine Component Replacement, Adjust Machine Settings Back To Within Specified Operating Parameters, And Calibrate Diagnostic Equipment Needed For Proper System Maintenance. Additionally, Technician Will Provide Latest Software And Firmware Patches And Hardware Upgrades To Keep Machine Updated To Latest Operating Version And Recommended Configuration.
