H016 On Ramp And Off Ramp Procedure Is Included In The Other Requirements Attachment, Atch J-1 - Under The Original Solicitation Fa520919ra006.　 (a) A Pre-proposal Conference Will Be Conducted At Enlisted Club, Bldg. 2066, Yokota Air Base, Japan On 18 Dec 2023 At 1400 Hours For The Purpose Of Answering Questions Regarding This Solicitation. (b) Submit The Names Of All Attendees To Mr. Ryuichiro Murakami, 374 Cons/pka (ryuichiro.murakami.jp@us.af.mil) And Mr. Yuki Watabe, 374 Cons/pkb (yuki.watabe.jp@us.af.mil) Prior To 8 Dec 2023, 1400 Hours.this Information Must Be Provided In Advance In Order To Ensure Access To The Military Base/conference Site And Adequate Seating For The Conference Attendees. For Administrative Purpose, Number Of Participants For This Pre-proposal Conference Is Up To 3 Person(s) Per One Company.  (c) Offerors Who Have Any Questions On The Rfp Prior To The Pre-proposal Conference Are Requested To Submit The Questions To The Points Of Contact (pocs) Noted In Paragraph (b) Of This Provision Not Later Than 11 Dec 2023 At 1400 Hours; And Offerors Who Have Any Questions On The Rfp After The Pre-proposal Conference Are Requested To Submit The Questions To The Pocs Not Later Than 23 Jan 2024 At 1400 Hours. Information Provided At This Conference Shall Not Qualify The Terms And Conditions Of The Solicitation And Specifications. Terms Of The Solicitation And Specifications Remain Unchanged Unless The Solicitation Is Amended In Writing.
