Background In Line With The Department’s Initiatives To Promote And Support The Sports Tourism Through 11th Asian Age Group Championships An Event That Will Bring Together Elite Athletes From Across Asia, Showcasing Their Skills In A Dynamic Array Of Aquatic Disciplines. From The Speed And Precision Of Swimming And The Artistry Of Synchronized Swimming To The Strategic Intensity Of Water Polo, The Championships Promise Two Weeks Of Unparalleled Sportsmanship And Excellence. The Philippine Department Of Tourism (pdot) Through The Office Of Film And Sports Tourism (ofst) Aims To Not Only Promote The Sports Tourism Through The Event But Also To Highlight Our Cultural Heritage And Traditions Through A Vibrant Presentation Encompassing Dance And Music During The Opening Ceremony. Hence, The Department Is Currently Seeking Catering And Events Management Services To Curate An Exquisite Culinary Experience For The 11th Asian Age Group Championship Welcome Dinner, Highlighting The Rich And Vibrant Flavors Of Filipino Cuisine. Minimum Requirements: • Must Be Able To Provide Meals For The Welcome Dinner For At Least 120 Pax (vips And East Asian Foreign Guest) (choice Of Menu To Be Discussed); • Must Be Willing To Set Up/ Decorate The Venue; • Must Be Willing To Provide Services On A Send Bill Arrangement. Iii. Scope Of Work Deliverables • Provision Of A Delectable Buffet Dinner Featuring Authentic Filipino And Kapampangan Dishes; And • Creation Of A Table Set-up And Decoration.
