Description Invitation To Bid No. 24-11-34 Early Procurement For The Supply And Delivery Of Commercial Rice For Residential Care Facilities (rcfs) Of The Dswd-ncr For Cy 2025 1. The Department Of Social Welfare And Development – National Capital Region Through The Authorized National Expenditure Program (nep) Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twelve Million One Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Five Pesos (php12,178,805.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Payments Under The Contract. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 2. The Dswd-ncr Now Invites Bidders For The Early Procurement For The Supply And Delivery Of Commercial Rice For Residential Care Facilities (rcfs) For The Dswd-ncr For Cy 2025. Delivery Of Goods And Services Shall Be In Accordance With Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
