To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License For Size Range Small B, (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc.
