The Major Category Of Work For The Project Is Rcp-roads: Construction - Pccp 4. Prospective Bidders Should Be Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Size Range Of At Least Small B For General Engineering.
