Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category Of Small B, Medium A, Medium B, Large A, Large B, (2) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (3) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc.
