Bongbong, Pantukan, Davao De Oro Scope Of Works : Construction Of Reinforced Concrete Revetment With Steel Sheet Pile; Excavation Works; Embankment Works; Construction Of Access Road; Removal And Furnishing Of Trees Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) : Php 77,040,775.00 Contract Duration : 275 Cal. Days The Bac Is Conducting The Public Bidding For This Contract In Accordance With Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr). Bids Received In Excess Of The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Shall Be Rejected Automatically At Bid Opening. 2. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 60% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation With Pcab License For Size Range Medium A To Large B, (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc. 3.
