The Department Of Public Works And Highways - Iligan City District Engineering Office Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ninety Five Million Sixty Thousand Pesos Only (php 95,060,000.00) Being The Total Of All Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contracts For The Following Projects: 1) Name Of Contract : Construction Of Kadiis Bridge, Barangay Kalilangan, Iligan City Contract Id No. : 25km0025 Location : Iligan City, Lanao Del Norte Scope Of Works : Facilities For The Engineer, Other General Requirements, Earthworks, Subbase And Base Course, Surface Coarse, Bridge Construction, Drainage And Slope Protection Structures, Miscellaneous Structures Approved Budget For The Contract : Php 95,060,000.00 Source Of Funds : Nep Cy 2025 Contract Duration : 273 Calendar Days Cost Of Bidding Document : Php 50,000.00 2. The Bac Is Conducting The Public Bidding For This Contract In Accordance With Republic Act No. 9184 And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Especially About The Early Procurement Activity (epa). 3. The Contract To Bid Is An Early Procurement Activity Which May Be Subject To Postponement. The Date Of Award Of Such Contracts Is Subject To The Approval Of The Gaa Cy 2025, Which Is Usually On The First Quarter Of 2025. 4. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 5. The Department Of Public Works And Highways - Iligan City District Engineering Office Through Its Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids For The Aforementioned Projects. 6. Prospective Bidders Should Be (1) Registered With And Classified By The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (pcab) With Pcab License Category For Medium A – Large A; The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Annex Ii-1.1 B Section Ii And Iii Of Bidding Documents. Contractors/applicants Who Wish To Participate In This Bidding Are Encouraged To Enroll In The Dpwh Civil Works Application (cwa) At The Dpwh Procurement Service (prs), 5th Floor, Dpwh Bldg., Bonifacio Drive, Port Area, Manila, While Those Already Enrolled Shall Keep Their Records Current And Updated. The Contractor’s Eligibility To Bid On The Project Will Be Determined Using The Dpwh Contractor Profile Eligibility Process (cpep) And Subject To Further Post-qualification. Information On Registration Can Be Obtained From The Prs During Working Weekdays From 8:00 Am - 5:00 Pm Or At The Dpwh Website Www.dpwh.gov.ph. 7. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act”. The Contract Shall Be Awarded To The Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (lcrb) Who Was Determined As Such During Post-qualification. 8. Pursuant To Department Order No. 17 S. 2015, The Dpwh – Iligan City District Engineering Office Shall Implement A 3-strike Policy Where Each “offense” By A Bidder Referred To In Section 69.1 Of The Irr Consists Of Three Violations Or Strikes Within One Year Starting From The Date Of The First Strike. 9.
