Description The National Broadband Plan (nbp) Aims To Provide Better Internet Connectivity Via Last Mile Connection Under Its 4th Component Which Is The Government Network (govnet) Project. A Govnet Site Is Established At Cagayan De Oro City And It Initially Connected Ninety-eight (98) Government Offices That Were Provided With High-speed Internet Access To Improve Coordination And Delivery Of Public Services. The Purpose Of The Project Is To Ensure That All The Government Offices Connected To The Government Network Are Operational On A 24 X 7 Basis And That Immediate Repairs Will Be Done On The Occasion When There Is Network Failure. The Project Is Also Aimed To Extend The Internet Connectivity To At Least 27 Government Offices Within The Service Area.
