Description Procurement Of Janitorial Services For Doh Trc Bicutan For Cy 2025 Early Procurement Activity 1. The Department Of Health Treatment And Rehabilitation Center – Bicutan (doh Trc Bicutan) Through The Gaa 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Two Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ten Pesos And 30/100 Only (php 5,262,710.30) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Unarmed Security Services For Doh Trc Bicutan Cy 2025 Under Ib No. 2024-08. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Doh Trc Bicutan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Based On The Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within At Least Three (3) Years Of Janitorial Services From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
