Description Republic Of The Philippines Department Of Health Central Office Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Anti-tb Drugs For Adult Ib No. 2024-250 1. The Department Of Health (doh), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Sixty-six Million Two Hundred Fifty-six Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-three Philippine Pesos And Sixty Centavos (php966,256,383.60) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Anti-tb Drugs For Adult Under Ib No. 2024-250. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Doh Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of The Above-captioned Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified Under Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, Equivalent To: A) At Least (2) Similar Contracts, And The Aggregate Contract Amounts Should Be Equivalent To At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The (abc) As Required Above. B) The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc As Required Above. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 4.
