The Department Of Health- Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development, Through Funds From The National Expenditure Program Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Eight Hundred Fifty-four Thousand One Hundred Pesos (php3,854,100.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Reproduction/printing Of Iec Materials, Manuals And Forms (one Contract) Under Ib 2024- 172. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening 2. The Department Of Health- Eastern Visayas Center For Health Development Now Invites Bids For The For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Ninety (90) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Approved Notice To Proceed (ntp) And Approved Purchase Order (po) With Advance Written Notice Of Delivery From Supplier/bidder Seven (7) Calendar Days Prior To Delivery. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
