Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Deped Regional Office V Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required Within The Period Indicated In The Technical Specifications, After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.
