The Department Of Education Region Ix, Through The Government Of The Philippines (gop), Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thirty One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy Five Pesos (php 1,231,975.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply, Delivery, Installation And Maintenance Of Ict Equipment And Network Improvement Project Of Deped Regional Office Ix - Dcp Fy 2023 /pr No. 2024 04 071. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education Region Ix, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Now Invites Bids For The Goods/services Contemplated In This Project. The Expected Completion Of Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Detailed Specified In Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements Of This Bidding Documents. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. A. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. Interested Bidders May Signify Their Intent To Purchase The Bidding Documents Through Email At Region9.bac@deped.gov.ph. Upon Receipt Of The Bidder’s Information Sheet, The Bac Secretariat Will Send Through Email The Details Of The Deped Ro Ix Trust Fund Account For Payment. Upon Payment, Bidders May Send Through Email The Proof Of Payment Before The Deadline For Submission Of Bids. Upon Receipt Of Proof Of Payment, The Bac Secretariat Will Send The Electronic Copy Of The Bidding Documents. 6. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Office Address Indicated Below On Or Before 1:30pm May 14, 2024. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. 8. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb Clause 14. 9.
