The Department Of Education Region - Ix, Through The Government Of The Philippines Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Eight Hundred Forty Six Thousand Two Hundred Ninety Four & 89/100 Pesos (php 2,846,294.89) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Repair/replacement Of The Old And Existing Tiles And The Installation Of The New Tiles For Deped Ro-ix Office (main Building) At Regional Government Center, Balintawak, Pagadian City With Project Identification Number 2024-09-194. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Education Region - Ix Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Are Required Within The Contract Duration Period Herein Indicated Above. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
