The Department Of Education Region Iv-a Calabarzon, Through The Fy 2023 General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of: Lot No. - Approved Budget To The Contract (php) - Identification No. Lot 1 - 29,250,000.00 - Roiva-24-09-lot 1 Lot 2 - 23,280,000.00 - Roiva-24-09-lot 2 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Department Of Education Region Iv-a Calabarzon Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 90 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
