The Department Of Education Schools Division Of Toledo City Through Early Procurement Activity Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Four Hundred Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Forty 37/100 (php 10,411,240.37) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of One (1) Storey – Three (3) Classrooms School Building (with Common Toilet) With Provision Of Rainwater Collector, School Furniture, And Water System – New Bucao Elementary School (last Mile School) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. Department Of Education Schools Division Of Toledo City Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required For One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
