Outdoor Space/parking Lot: The Parking Lot Must Have A Capacity To Accommodate A Great Number Of Cars, With The Possibility For Expansion If Required. Adequate Space Should Be Provided To Ensure Smooth Traffic Flow And Easy Maneuverability. Internet: High-speed And Fast Internet Access Available All The Time Throughout The Venue. Location: Within The Province Of Ilocos Sur But Secluded From The Crowd And Noise For A Peaceful Atmosphere. Amenities: Consider Additional Amenities Like Meeting Rooms, Audiovisual Equipment, And Comfortable Seating. Must Have Provision For Power Strips And Extension Outlets. Separate Tables For Organizers And Registration Area. Must Have An In-house Audio-visual System, Including Microphones, Audio Connectors And Multimedia Projectors.
