Description Invitation To Bid “subscription To A Media Monitoring Analysis Service” 1. The Department Of Budget And Management (dbm), Through The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Six Thousand One Hundred Thirty-three Pesos (p2,506,133.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “subscription To A Media Monitoring Analysis Service” (project Id No. Dbm-2024-37). For The Purpose Of Early Procurement Authorized Under Section 7.6 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, The Proposed Budget Under The Fy 2024 National Expenditure Program Shall Be Used As Basis. Further, Consistent With The Requirement In The Same Section 7.6, No Award Of Contract Shall Be Made Until The Approval And Effectivity Of The Fy 2024 General Appropriations Act.
