The Department Of Agriculture-regional Field Office-cordillera Administrative Region (da-rfo-car), Through The 2024 General Appropriations Act Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos (p1,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Supply Of Labor, Materials And Equipment Rentals For The Installation Of Solar Powered Street Lights At Ros-rizal, Kalinga In Support To Livestock Program. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Da-rfo Car Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
