The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, Through The National Expenditure Program (nep) For Cy 2025 – Paef/pss Corn Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-one Million Pesos (₱21,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Itb No. 16-goods-corn-2024, As Follows: Lot 1 - 5 Units Four- Wheel Drive Tractor For Corn - 17,500,000.00 Lot 2 - 1 Unit Four-wheel Drive Tractor For Cassava - 3,500,000.00 Total 21,000,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Partial Bid Is Allowed. 2. The Da Rfo 5 Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Six (6) Units Four-wheel Drive Tractor For Implementation Under Corn Program 2025 (per Lot Basis). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
