The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office - Mimaropa, Through The Fy2024 General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Pesos & 35/100 (php1,349,999.35) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Goat House, Septic Tank For Swine Housing And Poultry Housing In Romblon. Bids In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Agriculture Regional Field Office - Mimaropa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required In One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days In Municipalities Of Ferrol, San Jose And Sta. Maria In Romblon. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract 50% Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
