The Department Of Agriculture-western Visayas, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) Of 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Pesos (php2,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Works For The Construction Of Yfc Business Development Center/ib No. 2024-121 (amv) To Be Constructed At Da Rfo 6, Parola, Iloilo City. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Department Of Agriculture-western Visayas Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Works For The Construction Of Yfc Business Development Center At Da Rfo 6, Parola, Iloilo City. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 89 Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
