The bid capacity required in the given tender can be represented by the following conditions and formulas: 1. Average Annual financial turnover of 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least Rs 100.00 Lakh. 2. In case of consortium/Joint Venture, each member should have a minimum turnover of 25% of the total value of turnover required, which is Rs 25.00 Lakh. 3. The bidder must have successfully completed pipeline laying and allied works of at least Rs.120.00 Lakh during the last five years. Additionally, another formula is provided as: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A* N* 2 - B) Where, A = Maximum value of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the price level of the financial year in which bids are received at a simple rate of 8% per annum) N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the Project/Works for which these bids are being invited. B = Value (updated to the price level of the year in which bids are received at a simple rate of 8% per annum) of existing commitments on the last date of submission of bids as per bidding document and on-going works to be completed during the period of completion of the Project/Works for which these bids are being invited.
