Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2.the Department Of Agrarian Reform-agusan Del Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Five (5) Days After Issuance Of A Call-off Or Any Date Determined By The Pe.
