Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Janitorial Services For The Departmemt Of Agrarian Reform Regional Office No. 02 (darro 02) For Cy 2024 1. The Department Of Agrarian Reform Regional Office No. 02 (darro 02), Through The General Appropriations Act Fy 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Philippine Pesos Six Hundred Forty-five Thousand Pesos Only (php 645,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Janitorial Services Covering The Period January 1, 2025- December 31, 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Darro 02 Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of : Description Number Of Personnel Approved Budget For The Contract (abc)’ Janitorial Services 3 Janitors Php 645,000.00 Delivery Of The Above Services Shall Begin On January 1, 2025 At 12:00am And End On January 31, 2025 At 12:00 Midnight. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
