Description A. Project Description This Project Requires The Procurement Of A Qualified And Competent Training Organization To Conduct The Following Courses For Dbp Leasing Corp. Employees In Support Of The Company’s Endeavors To Comply With Executive Order No. 603, Dated 23 Feb 2007, Mandating The Implementation Of A Quality Management System In All Government Organizations. The Training Program Is To Create A Competent Team Within Dbplc To Implement A Quality Management System (qms) Aligned With The International Organization For Standardization (iso) 9000 Series Which Ensures Consistency Of Products And Services Through Quality Processes. B. Mode Of Procurement Small Value Procurement Under Sec. 53.9 C. Objectives To Provide The Necessary Knowledge, And Develop The Skills And Capabilities Of The Selected Employees To Undertake A Review Of All Current Processes Of The Organization To Verify Their Conformity To The Iso 9001:2015 Standards. To Be Able To Conduct A Periodic Review Of All Systems And Processes Within Their Respective Groups To Maintain The Company’s Adhere To The Iso Standards To Ensure The Company’s Continued Certification D. Duration Of The Project The Project Is To Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Working Days From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp) By The Winning Service Provider. E. Services To Be Performed Dbplc Hereby Engages The Training Provider, To Render The Following Services: 1. Iso 9001:2015 Qms Awareness Orientation And Training 2. Iso 9001:2015 Qms Internal Audit Course F. Methodology 1. Live Training (combination Of Online And Face To Face) 2. Lecture Presentation 3. Interactive Discussions 4. Group Exercises G. Eligibility Requirements Any Entity Seeking To Submit Its Proposal Or Quotation In Regard To This Procurement Must Have Been In The Business Of Conducting Iso 9001:2015 Trainings For At Least Five (5) Years. Preference Shall Be Given To Training Organizations Who Have Successfully Done Iso 9001:2015 Trainings For Government Agencies Or Goccs With The Same Deliverables. H. Deliverables The Training Provider Should Provide The Following: 1. Develop Awareness Among The Employees Of Dbplc Of What Is Required In Establishing, And Maintaining The Organization’s Quality Management System (qms) 2. Develop In The Employees The Ability To Plan, Conduct, And Manage The Internal Audit Requirements Of A Quality Management System 3. Dbplc Shall Be Provided With Copies Of All Training Materials Used For Reference 4. Dbplc Shall Be Issued Certificates Of Completion For The Attendees After The Training. I.
