Objectives To Ascertain The Current Valuation And Condition Of The Heavy Equipment By Conducting A Physical Inspection Of The Units At Brgy. Mabayo, Morong Bataan. C. Duration Of The Projects The Services Must Be Completed Within Ten (10) Days From Receipt And Acceptance Of Notice Of Award Inclusive Of Submission Of Final Appraisal Report. D. Services To Be Performed 1. Conduct Actual Inspection, Examine And Estimate The Current Market Value In Accordance With The Standard Valuation. 2. Submits Reports Of The Operational Status And Gather Documents That Will Support The Present Condition. E. Technical Requirements The Supplier Must Have The Following Qualifications: A. Appraiser Should Be A Licensed Mechanical Engineer Or Equivalent With An Experience At Least A Minimum Of 5 Years. B.
