Contract notice: Conclusion of a non-exclusive discount agreement according to § 130a para. 8 sgb v on the active ingredient deferasirox, atc v03ac03, for the period 03/01/2022 - 02/29/2024 § 130a paragraph 8 sgb v enables the health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to conclude framework discount agreements for the drugs to be dispensed at the expense of the statutory health insurance companies.
