The subject of the Public Contract is the construction of a waterworks (construction of a reservoir) in the village of Velim.

The subject of the performance of the public order is the construction of a new apartment building in Louňovice. This is a three-story building without a basement. On Each Floor There Are Two Mirrored Apartments 2+kk With Usable Area 62.6m2 (total 375.6m2 On Three Above Ground Floors). Access to the individual housing units is through the stairs from the north side of the apartment building, which is located together with the corridors in a separate block without a completely structurally closed facade, i.e. In fact, in an outdoor environment. In addition to the 2 apartments, there is an entrance area on the 1st floor from which storage cubicles are accessible, one for each apartment, and the house's background room. It is divided into a cleaning chamber and a part for strollers. Through the Entrance Corridor And Staircase We Get To Each Apartment, The Entrance Door Of Which Is Actually Adjacent To The Outdoor Environment. After entering the apartment, we reach the entrance hall. The bathroom and living room with kitchenette and dining area are accessible from here. There is a dishwasher and a boiler for each apartment separately in the alcove of the kitchen area. A 12 m2 bedroom is accessible from the main living space. The building is not equipped with an elevator. Barrier-free access to the building entrances and barrier-free access to the cellars and to the common facilities of the house (bikes, strollers, mailboxes) are among the accessibility requirements that could already be taken into account at this stage. Furthermore, one parking space was designated for persons with reduced mobility. Both apartments on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible. The other 4 apartments are only accessible via stairs. Both stairs are equipped with a mezzanine and are direct. If necessary, they can be equipped with a mobile platform, which would enable living for immobile persons in the 2nd and 3rd floors. More detailed specification of the subject of performance is given in Appendix No. 1 – Project Documentation Including Item Statement of Measurements. Further information is provided in Appendix No. 2 of the Tender Documentation - Contract for the Work. The building of the new elementary school in the immediate vicinity of the apartment building is currently under construction. Restrictions in connection with the construction of an apartment building, which will take place partially in parallel with the construction of the elementary school, are listed in the project documentation in the section Pov.
