Description Republic Of The Philippines Court Of Appeals Manila Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Service Vehicle For The Official Of The Presiding Justice Of The Court Of Appeals 1. The Court Of Appeals, Through Continuing Appropriation For Fiscal Year 2023 – A.i.a.i. Motor Vehicles Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱2,200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Service Vehicle For The Official Use Of The Presiding Justice Of The Court Of Appeals. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Court Of Appeals, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). No Contact Rule Should Be Observed. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of Republic Act (r.a.) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” 4.
