The bidder should also provide evidence of access to, or availability of, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial resources (independent of any contractual advance payment) that are sufficient to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements, which is 50% of the total value of the project for which the bid is being submitted, after deducting the Bidder's existing commitments, 50% of the Package Value – Rs. 152.34 Lakhs. The bid capacity required is 1.5 times of the Package value, which is equal to Rs.457.02 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder should have an available bid capacity for construction work equal to or more than the total bid value of the work. The estimated cash flow required is 50% of the total value of the project, which is Rs.152.34 Lakhs. Therefore, the bid capacity required includes:
- A minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.457.0125 Lakhs in civil engineering construction work.
- Access to financial resources of at least Rs.152.3375 Lakhs to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements.
