The bid capacity required to bid on this tender is as follows: 1. Achieved a minimum annual financial turnover in civil engineering construction work of 1.5 times the value of the project being bid (150% value of the project being bid) calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed. Formula: 1.5 * Package value Value: 1.5 * Rs. 302.49 Lakhs = Rs. 453.74 Lakhs 2. The bidder shall provide evidence of access to, or availability of, liquid assets, unencumbered real assets, lines of credit, and other financial resources (independent of any contractual advance payment) that are sufficient to meet the projected construction cash flow requirements. Formula: 50% of the Package value Value: 0.5 * Rs. 302.49 Lakhs = Rs. 151.25 Lakhs 3. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the work value, which is Rs. 241.99 Lakhs. Additionally, the Assessed Available Bid capacity can be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid capacity = (A x N x 1.5 - B) Where A = Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to the price level of the financial year [2023-2024] at the rate of 5% per year), N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which bids are invited, B = Value, at the current price level, of existing commitments on on-going works to be completed during the period of completion of the works for which bids are invited.
