The External Service Provider Shall Provide Hard And Soft Copies Of The Following: A. Calibration Report/certificate/sticker B. Service Report C. Warranty Certificate D. User And Service Manual E. The External Service Provider Service Shall Complete The Project Within Sixty (60) Working Days Upon Receipt Of The Purchase Order. 2.) The External Service Provider Shall Provide One (1) Year Warranty On Parts And Labor For The Manufacturing Defects Of The Equipment. In Case Of Test Tools Pullout For Warranty Coverage, A Loaner Of The Same Shall Be Provided By The External Service Provider With Updated Calibration Certificate. 3.)
